Manual Therapist
Chris Howard serves as the Manual Therapist at Cressey Sports Performance. He began working at CSP as an intern in 2008 and then as a full-time Strength and Conditioning Coach in 2010. From 2010 to 2018, Chris worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Massage Therapist at CSP. In 2018, he transitioned to operating his massage therapy business full-time. Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Master of Science in Nutrition Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Before joining CSP, Chris was an intern with the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League (NFL). Currently, Chris is a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach (Pn1), and a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Massachusetts. Chris focuses on Manual Trigger Point Therapy, the Graston Technique, and Cupping Therapy. He has taken numerous courses with Z-Health, Functional Anatomy Seminars, Stick Mobility, and RockTape. Through these methods, Chris helps clients move and feel their best.
