Vice-President & Co-Founder

Shane Rye is a Vice-President and Co-Founder of Cressey Sports Performance – Florida. Prior to joining the CSP team, he co-founded Athletic Development Performance, a Jupiter-based sports performance facility. Shane and ADP were influential in helping a youth, collegiate, and professional athletes achieve their goals. He is most known for his work with injured athletes and lacrosse players. Shane is also a licensed massage therapist, and in addition to his work on CSP athletes, has served as a massage therapist for the Miami Dolphins since 2018. He is also an International Youth Conditioning Association Certified High School Strength and Conditioning Coach. Shane has been published in US Lacrosse magazine, MLB.com and also host’s US lacrosse’s coaches education video series. He is also a director and co-founder of Team 91 Florida and coached the Benjamin School high school lacrosse team from 2010 to 2017. He guided Benjamin to 2 State IA titles, 4 FHSAA state semifinal appearances and 1 FHSAA state final. Shane won US Lacrosse South Florida Coach of the Year Awards in 2009 and 2017, Palm Beach Post Coach of the Year in 2014,2016 and 2017 as well as the Sun Sentinel Coach of the year in 2014 and 2017.  He was also the offensive and defensive coordinator for Dwyer HS during their 2009 State IA Championship season. Shane is a certified trainer for US Lacrosse’s Coaches Education Program. As an athlete, Shane was a two-time All Conference selection and a 1st Team All Tournament Selection at Belmont Abbey.
