Ian Connors
Strength and Conditioning Coordinator
Ian Connors serves as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at CSP-FL. Prior to completing his internship at CSP-FL in the fall of 2022, Ian worked at a private sector sports performance facility in Ohio from 2016 through 2022, serving as the Director of Sports Performance from 2017 through the Summer of 2022. Ian attended Miami University of Ohio for his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Exercise Science. He served as the lead Graduate Assistant of the Muscle Physiology Laboratory, where he had the opportunity to present laboratory research and findings at multiple regional and national conferences, including the American College of Sports Medicine National Conference in Orlando in May 2014. Ian also served as a Teaching Assistant for the Motor Control and Learning, Anatomy & Physiology, & Biomechanics laboratory courses as a Graduate student. He brings experience with athletes ranging from youth sports all the way up through the professional ranks, with extensive experience in coaching, instructing, and developing both speed & power in athletes.
