Strength and Conditioning Coach

Kolby Rich serves as a strength and conditioning coach at CSP-FL. He completed a CSP-FL internship in August 2024. A former four-year college baseball player at Northeast Community College and Oklahoma Wesleyan University, Kolby understands the demands of competitive sports and has firsthand experience overcoming injuries. After injuries ended his career, he assisted with the baseball program at Oklahoma Wesleyan University, helping with strength and conditioning as well as coaching position players. Kolby graduated in May 2024 with a degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
