Strength & Conditioning Coach and Internship Coordinator

Andrew Lysy serves as a Strength & Conditioning coach and Internship Coordinator at Cressey Sports Performance. Andrew started as a client at CSP and eventually went on to intern at CSP-FL. He then served as a coach at our MA facility before making the move back to Palm Beach Gardens to join the CSP-FL team. Andrew was a 4-year pitcher at Rowan University where he majored in Health & Exercise Science. After completing his internship at CSP-FL during the summer of 2016, Andrew coached athletes at fitness facilities in Central New Jersey and Richmond, Virginia. He brings experience with athletes ranging from youth sports all the way up to the professional ranks.
