Anthony Martens
Strength and Conditioning Coach
Anthony Martens joined the team as a Strength and Conditioning coach after completing his CSP-FL internship in the summer of 2024. A former collegiate baseball player, he competed at the University of West Florida, Palm Beach State College, and Valdosta State University, where he earned his B.S in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Nutrition.
Anthony trained at CSP-FL as an athlete while completing his Tommy John rehabilitation, an experience that shaped his passion for strength and conditioning. During his time at Valdosta State, he gained valuable coaching experience as an intern in the weight room, working with the baseball, football, and volleyball programs.
His journey as both an athlete and coach fuel his commitment to helping others stay healthy, and reach their full athletic potential.
