Austin Henrich

Pitching Coach

Austin Henrich serves as a pitching coach at CSP-FL. He was a CSP athlete at both CSP-FL and CSP-Mass throughout his college pitching career at the University of Charleston. Austin is the school’s all-time pitching leader in wins, strikeouts, and innings pitched. After graduating with a B.S. in Business Administration, Austin went on to play three seasons of independent professional baseball while serving as a private pitching and strength and conditioning coach at a private facility in West Virginia. He’s also worked as a coach a 12u-15u youth baseball organization during his off-seasons. Austin enjoys blending the analytical and traditional ways of baseball to help improve athletes in ways that translate to real game performance.
