Pitching Coach and Strength & Conditioning

Brandon Holup serves as a Pitching Coach and a Strength and Conditioning Coach at CSP-FL. Prior to completing his CSP-FL Internship in the Spring of 2023 and Pitching Internship in the Summer of 2023, he was a pitching coach at the high school level for six years. Additionally, he coached Summer Collegiate Baseball in the ABCCL for the Monmouth Monarchs in New Jersey. Brandon was also a coach for a youth baseball organization where he worked closely with the 10-13U Athletes on their pitching mechanics. With Certifications in Strength and Conditioning, Corrective Exercise and Personal Training, he worked as a Sports Performance Coach at Reach Your Potential Training in NJ. As an athlete, Brandon pitched at East Stroudsburg University for four years. The breadth and depth of his experience make him a great fit for working with pitchers of all ages and ability levels.
