Brian Wojichowski

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Brian serves as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at CSP-MA, where he has been part of the CSP community as both an athlete and coach since 2017.

A former six-year collegiate starting pitcher, Brian earned his bachelor’s degree from Saint Anselm College in 2021 before playing two additional seasons at the College of Saint Rose while earning his MBA. Following Tommy John surgery, he completed CSP’s Collegiate Summer Program in 2022, increasing his fastball velocity from the low-to-mid 80s to the upper 80s and touching 90 mph.

Brian’s experience as both a collegiate athlete and longtime CSP client shapes his approach to coaching. He focuses on helping athletes build purposeful strength, improve movement quality, and translate their work in the weight room to better performance on the field.
