Dylan Mackenzie
Strength and Conditioning Coach
Dylan Mackenzie serves as a strength and conditioning coach at CSP-FL. He began his career in strength and conditioning by interning with the Strength and Conditioning staff at San Diego State University in 2023. Dylan went on to graduate from SUNY Cortland, where he was a four-year NCAA Division III baseball player. In the fall of 2024, he continued to develop his coaching experience as an intern with the strength and conditioning staff at CSP-FL. Following his internship experience, Dylan joined the New York Yankees organization as a Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coach, where he worked with professional baseball players in the Dominican Summer League. In 2025, he was recognized as the Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year for his work in the Dominican Summer League. Outside of strength and conditioning, he is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys hunting, fishing, diving, and hiking.
