John O’Neil

Co-Owner

John O’Neil became a Co-Owner at CSP-MA in the fall of 2022 after serving as the Director of Performance since 2018. John oversees strength & conditioning coaching, program design, and continuing education at CSP-MA. An accomplished public speaker, John has lectured at more than a dozen national events, including the 2019 ABCA, 2022 World Baseball Coaches’ Convention, and three MA Baseball Coaches Association annual clinics. John coaches youth baseball during his free time, including his work with the Lincoln-Sudbury High School Varsity Baseball Program. He interned in player development for the Baltimore Orioles in 2012. He graduated from Dickinson College with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in 2014.
