Kayla Ramirez

Kayla Ramirez serves as a strength and conditioning coach, and joined the staff after a summer 2026 internship at CSP-FL. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports and Fitness Management as well as a minor in Business Administration from Texas Lutheran University. While at TLU, she was a part of the nationally ranked softball team that collected four consecutive conference championships and placed 7th in the D3 Women’s College World Series in 2025.

Kayla has coached competitive travel softball teams and provided private instruction to young athletes, helping them develop and refine their softball skills. Additionally, she’s coached at Parisi Speed School, where she trained athletes of various ages and helped them improve their speed, agility, and overall athletic performance, while also assisting with strength and conditioning in the weight room.
