Strength and Conditioning Coach

Michael Costanzo serves as a strength and conditioning coach at CSP-Fl. A New Jersey native, Michael is a former four-year collegiate baseball player at Stockton University. He graduated in May 2024 with a degree in Exercise Science and gained hands-on experience working with baseball and multi-sport athletes through Stockton’s Strength & Conditioning program.

Michael completed the Cressey Sports Performance-Florida Internship in the fall of 2025 and brings a strong passion for helping athletes improve performance while staying healthy through smart, intentional training.
