Pitching Coach

Ryan Conroy serves as a pitching coach at CSP-FL. He grew up in Rotonda West, FL and attended Elon University where he graduated with a degree in Sports Management. After his junior year, he was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the 8th round in 2018, making it as high as AAA. As a professional, Ryan took great interest in understanding modern analytics and how to implement them for pitching success. Ryan was also a CSP-FL athlete throughout his college and pro career, aiding in his understanding of the importance of merging the analytics, delivery adjustments, and physical competencies.
