Seamus Kenneally

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Seamus Kenneally serves as a strength and conditioning coach at CSP-FL. He completed an internship at CSP-FL in the fall of 2025, and prior to that, had spent the previous two years as an Assistant Baseball Coach and the Strength and Conditioning Coach at Chipola College. During his time at Chipola, Seamus helped 25 players move on to Division 1 programs and 5 players to sign professionally.

Prior to Chipola, Seamus spent two years operating his own private-sector Strength and Conditioning business in his hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio. He worked with a diverse clientele, ranging from youth, high school, and college athletes to general fitness clients. He was also involved in high school baseball in Cincinnati, serving as an Assistant Coach for a Varsity team, where he also ran the strength and conditioning programs.

Seamus graduated from Marietta College in 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. He was a four-year starter on the baseball team. He is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
