Semi-Private Group Training
In this, CSP’s most popular training model, clients are thoroughly evaluated to start. We use this first session to gather the information necessary to prepare a month of entirely individualized training materials. Following the assessment, athletes execute personalized training materials in a group setting. Our client-to-coach ratio is set at a maximum of 5:1 and new clients can expect the first couple of weeks of training with us to be extremely coaching intensive.

Strength Camps
Our CSP Strength Camps involve structured group training in a high-energy environment. Equipment utilized includes dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, medicine balls, and more. Groups are capped at 15-participants and each session lasts exactly 60-minutes. Classes are available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 5:30am, 6:30am, and 7:30am.
Cost: $99 Trial Month, followed by $149/month (no contracts!)

Personal Training
While most of the training at CSP takes place in a semi-private (small group) format with individualized programming, we also have some spaces available for individuals to train one-on-one with our staff members – all of whom have extensive experience with personal training.
These one-on-one training sessions take place during quieter hours at the facility, so they’re a good option for those who may have “gym-timidation.” Additionally, they may be a better fit for those who need to exercise at times when Cressey Sports Performance may not be open for normal hours.

One-Time Consultations
We understand that training as a regular client at CSP is not geographically feasible for many individuals, and with that in mind, our staff is available for one-time in-person consultations and short-term training stints. These visits may include (but are certainly not limited to) movement assessments, technique coaching, and program critiques. All individuals who visit for these consultations at Cressey Sports Performance receive detailed, individualized feedback based on our team’s findings and, if desired, comprehensive programming.

Manual Therapy
Massage therapy services are available (by appointment) on most days of the week, and many clients opt to get their soft tissue work on the same days as they strength train. Available services include deep-tissue massage, instrument-assisted soft-tissue mobilization, and trigger-point therapy.

Nutrition Consultations
Sit down with a CSP staff member to discuss your current nutritional habits. We will help you to identify the steps you can take to improve your nutritional intake and outline useful meal-preparation tips.

Pitching Instruction
CSP Pitching Coordinators, Kyle Driscoll and Kevin McAvoy, offer a suite of pitching service offerings. Services options include video analysis, one-on-one throwing sessions, and individualized throwing program design.

Physical Therapy
Move Strong Physical Therapy is a 1:1 Performance Physical Therapy practice that helps their athletes get out of pain, move better and get back to doing what they love to do. The MS team has worked with athletes ranging from middle school up through the NFL, MLB, etc., and is here to help.
